Welcome message

We are delighted and honored to extend our invitation to the 9th International Conference on Applications and Design in Mechanical Engineering (ICADME 2025), which will take place from 1–2 December 2025 in Jakarta, Indonesia. For the first time in the history of the ICADME conference series, the event will be held outside of Malaysia, marking an exciting milestone.

This year, ICADME 2025 revolves around the theme: "Resilient Engineering for Climate Change: Innovations in Mechanical Systems."

The theme reflects the critical role of mechanical engineering in addressing the global challenge of climate change. As the world faces increasingly severe environmental impacts, engineers and researchers are called upon to develop resilient systems and innovative solutions that mitigate these effects.

Through this theme, ICADME 2025 aims to bring together leading academics, researchers, industry experts, and policymakers to explore cutting-edge research and foster collaboration. Together, we can contribute to building a future where engineering excellence aligns with environmental responsibility.

We are pleased to announce that ICADME 2025 will continue to embrace a hybrid mode, enabling a broader and more inclusive audience to participate. This format ensures that participants from around the world can actively engage with the conference, whether attending in person or virtually.

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering & Technology, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (Malaysia), is proud to organize ICADME 2025 in collaboration with Universitas Trisakti (Indonesia), as a co-hosts. We are also in discussions with other esteemed institutions to join as co-hosts.
